Win 3 Months of Coffee — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.


1. Organizer

The Win a Year of Coffee giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run by Meraki.


2. Entry Period

The Giveaway runs from October 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM to October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.


3. How to Enter

Submit a valid email address through the Giveaway form at merakitech.com/pages/taste-every-bean or the Giveaway pop-up on merakitech.com, and agree to these Official Rules. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Meraki. You can unsubscribe at any time. The optional questions shown after entry do not affect your chance of winning.

Limit one entry per person and per email address. Entries made with multiple email addresses or automated means will be disqualified.


4. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about November 2, 2026, ten (10) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be announced on merakitech.com/pages/taste-every-bean, and notified by email. Winners must reply within 5 days with a valid shipping address. If a winner does not respond in time or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.


5. Prize

Each winner receives 500g of coffee per month for twelve (12) months. Coffees are selected by Meraki from its roaster partners and may vary.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or discounts; Meraki may substitute coffees of equal or greater value.


6. Shipping

  • Deliveries begin in November 2026 and ship around the 15th of each month, with the final delivery in October 2027.
  • Coffees are shipped by standard shipping to the winner's verified shipping address. Shipping costs are covered by Meraki.
  • Coffees from different roasters may arrive in separate parcels.
  • Tracking details are sent by email for each delivery.
  • To change a shipping address, email hello@merakitech.com at least 7 days before the next delivery.


7. Privacy and General Terms

Personal information is handled in accordance with Meraki's Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Meraki's Terms of Service. Meraki may cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical issues affect it, and its decisions are final. Meraki reserves the right to make the final interpretation of these Official Rules, to the extent permitted by law. These rules do not affect any statutory consumer rights.
