The result can be an extraction that looks correct by time or volume but tastes less balanced than it should.

Gen 2 introduces a redesigned two-stage diffusion shower screen. Its role is to distribute water more evenly before it enters the puck, supporting a more consistent extraction environment.

No shower screen can replace good puck preparation, an appropriate grind setting or a sensible recipe. Espresso remains a system in which each variable influences the others. But improving water distribution strengthens the point where the machine and the prepared coffee meet. It is a focused engineering change intended to make the entire workflow more dependable.

A Global Machine Should Speak More Languages
