Return Authorization Process

  • Meraki's return window is「30」days from the date of delivery. After this period, returns for a refund will not be accepted, and our standard warranty service will apply for eligible issues.
  • To request a return, please submit a support ticket within this period to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).
  • Meraki will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Authorized return labels are valid for「14」days from issuance. Products must be returned within this period.
  • Please securely attach the return label to your package and ship it to the address provided by Meraki.

 


Return Conditions

Purchase Source
Products must be purchased directly from Meraki's official website. Returns from other retailers or distributors will not be accepted.
Complete Return
Items must be in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
Accessories Return
Accessories may be returned within「30」days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No refunds will be issued after「30」days.
Protection Plan
The optional "Seel Worry-Free Protection" plan is available at checkout to cover loss, shipping damage, or delays. Please refer to the plan's terms for claim procedures.




Return Fees

Within 30 days: For non-DOA returns, a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided for your convenience. The applicable return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after Meraki receives and inspects the returned item.
  • The refund amount will equal the product's purchase price, minus any applicable return shipping fees.
  • Please allow「5-7」business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

 

 

Dead on Arrival (DOA) 

A product is considered DOA if a manufacturing defect prevents basic operation upon first unboxing and use. Damage to sensitive components during transit (e.g., weighing scales) is excluded.
  • Process: Contact Meraki customer service within「14」days of delivery and provide supporting evidence (e.g., video or photos). Upon verification, Meraki will cover all costs for the return or replacement of the product.
