Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Fee:

• Orders over $200: Free express shipping (excludes ODA locations)

• Orders under $200: Shipping fees calculated at checkout

2. Shipment: Orders typically ship within 14 business days, unless delayed by force majeure.

3. Fulfillment Warehouse:

• Orders ship from the nearest regional warehouse (US/EU/CA/AU).

• If local stock is low, we may ship from other warehouses to prevent delays.

4. Delivery Estimates:

• Varies by country and region, typically within 14 business days.

• Third-party retailer orders follow their respective delivery timelines.


In-Transit Order Modifications

1. Orders in transit cannot be canceled/modified and must be returned through our standard process after delivery.

2. Flat fees for return shipping:

• United States: US$100

• European Union: €90

• Canada: CAD$140

• Australia: AUD$150

3. Delivery Management

• All packages will be delivered to the original order address.

• For delivery time adjustments: Contact the local carrier directly using the tracking number.


Shipping Liability

1. Delivery Confirmation: Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier (UPS/FedEx/DHL,or similar), responsibility shifts to purchaser. No refunds/reshipments for stolen/missing packages post-delivery, though we'll assist with delivery verification.

2. Insurance Claims (Seel Protection Only): For added security, you may purchase 'Seel Worry-Free Protection' at checkout to cover loss, transit damage, or delays - see terms for claim procedures.

3. Uncontrollable Delays: Delays due to carriers, weather, or customs issues are beyond our control. Contact us if your shipment is late.

4. Air Order Cancellations: Airfreight orders cancelled after dispatch will be subject to return handling and transportation fees.
