Power & Stability

Commercial power.
Steady heat.

Great espresso depends on stable heat and pressure. Meraki separates brewing and steaming with dual boilers, then uses a rotary pump to keep extraction steady. Ready to brew in about 3–4 minutes — first drink in about 5 minutes from power-on.

FAQ

Is Meraki built for daily use?+

Yes. Commercial-grade hardware and a guided touchscreen make it dependable for everyday espresso, not just weekends.

How is Meraki different from a regular all-in-one espresso machine?+

Most all-in-ones use a single boiler and a basic grinder. Meraki pairs dual boilers, a commercial rotary pump and built-in dual scales, so results are more consistent and controllable.

How is Meraki different from a traditional prosumer setup?+

A traditional setup means buying and tuning a separate grinder, scale and machine. Meraki integrates them into one calibrated system, so each stage stays in sync.

Do I still need a separate scale?+

No. Dual scales for dose and yield are built in, accurate to ±0.2 g.

Do I need to buy any extra tools to get started?+

No. The grinder, scales, portafilter, tamper, pitcher and baskets are included — everything you need to start.

Can I brew espresso and steam milk at the same time?+

Yes. Dual boilers heat brewing and steaming separately, so there is no waiting between the shot and the milk.

How does the built-in grinder work?+

An espresso-tailored grinder with stepless micro-adjustment grinds straight onto the scale, so each shot starts from a measured dose.

What is CoffeeSense™ NFC?+

Tap compatible Meraki coffee bags to load recommended starting settings on the touchscreen.

Is it hard to learn?+

No. The guided screen walks you through each step and the scales handle the measuring, with room to go fully manual as you grow.

What does the warranty cover?+

Meraki includes an industry-leading 2-year warranty with local authorized service.

How does the 30-day home trial work?+

Try Meraki at home for 30 days. If it is not right for your routine, return it for a refund of the product price; return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Where do I get service or repairs?+

Through a local authorized service center. Reach our support team and we will guide you.

What is included in the box?+

Machine, 58 mm portafilter with walnut handle, precision tamper, milk pitcher, dosing cup, cleaning kit, and double baskets.

Zero Regrets

Finally pulled the trigger and purchased my Gen 2 a month ago, upgrading from a breville with seperate grinder and having 10+ steps to make my coffee every morning.
The Meraki has completely changed the way I now make my coffees, so much faster and more enjoyable and a steam wand that actually has enough power to make great microfoam!
Without a doubt the best upgrade I’ve made.

Love it!

I’ve been extremely impressed with my Meraki espresso machine. The build quality is excellent, it’s easy to use, and the espresso it produces is consistently café-quality. The built-in grinder, brew-by-weight feature, and powerful steam wand make the entire workflow smooth and enjoyable. It looks fantastic on the counter, heats up quickly, and has made my morning coffee routine something I genuinely look forward to.

One thing to be aware of: I haven’t had to descale the machine yet, but after watching the YouTube instructions, the process looks a bit more involved than I expected. I’d recommend watching the descaling video before purchasing so you know what to expect.

Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium home espresso machine. I’ve used it for about two months and have no complaints.

Consistent and Reliable

I make 5-10 cups of coffee a day and my machines were lasting me around a year. This machine feels far more solid. The dual boiler saves me so much time, and shots are always consistent.

Meraki Gives me Something to Wake up for

I wanted a reliable espresso machine that was automated and had sufficient power for stability of espresso shot. Meraki has lived up to that standard and more. The accuracy, timing, and shot quality is a standard that I want to wake up for. I look forward to my Meraki ritual each morning and know it will provide me with a quality shot every time.

Must buy

This thing is great and so easy to use. After about 4-5 pulls. I had the machine all dialed in. The only bad part is I have to wake up on my days off now. To make my wife a coffee.

Huge upgrade from Breville

Making latte is easy with this dual boiler machine. The grinder is exceptional and the frother is the best that I’ve used. You can’t go wrong with the price of this machine.

Outstanding!

Where do I even start? Coming from a Delonghi and even a profitec pro 700? This machine beats them both. A dual boiler system that’s smart and aesthetically pleasing, and functional is a triple threat. The easiest adjustment for a first time brewing and bean grinding as well as pulling shots while steaming perfect latte art foam is amazing!

Loving My Meraki So Far

I had a Breville Oracle Dual Boiler and found that because the grinder sits so close to the boilers, the grind was very inconsistent. My Meraki is a lot more consistent in the grind. This alone has removed one of the biggest headaches I had making coffee
I think they could improve the software display. For example, you can display the coffee extraction time and weight as well as the milk temperature. The workflow is a bit clunky.
But that shouldn't stop anyone from buying this machine. For the price it is brilliant

Shocking!

I bought a Meraki to use for small pop ups for my local roasting business, and man it does it deliver! I served 27 10oz lattes/americanos and didn’t even need to refill the water reservoir. And the duel boiler actually does it what’s advertised to do. I’ve used other home machines that claim they have a duel boiler, but they have never seemed to hold up. Amazing machine for the price! Definitely keeping it for my at home and coffee pop ups!

Great espresso, excellent steam performance, and a user-friendly experience.

After using several espresso machines, I can confidently say the Meraki Coffee Machine has been my favorite so far.

I previously owned a De’Longhi, and while it made decent coffee, the steam wand felt slow and took longer than I liked when steaming milk. I also tried the La Specialista Prestigio, but I struggled to consistently dial in the pressure and get the results I wanted.

The Meraki has been a completely different experience. It’s intuitive, easy to use, and produces consistently great espresso shots without all the guesswork. The steam performance is noticeably better, making it easier to create silky milk for lattes and cappuccinos. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who enjoys making café-quality drinks at home, the Meraki strikes a great balance between simplicity and performance.

What I love most is that I spend less time troubleshooting and more time enjoying my coffee. The machine looks beautiful on the counter, feels premium, and has made my daily coffee routine something I genuinely look forward to.

If you’re considering an upgrade from a De’Longhi or struggling to dial in a La Specialista Prestigio, the Meraki is absolutely worth a look. It has made making espresso fun again.

1 week in, I am IN LOVE with this thing.

I have had my eye on this since the kick-starter. I couldn't really justify it as my starter Breville Infusor was still decent. As time went on I was outgrowing the Breville. Steam was pretty terrible (lots of water), getting it to pull perfect shots was becoming annoying (Tamp pressure vs a different in .1 grams of extra or less coffee was a total guessing game), and in general was just ready for the next step. There was really no other upgrade that I wanted in this price range. I looked at the new Fellow ES1, but compared with the Meraki in almost every way I didn't like it as much. I also don't like the way it looks aesthetically.

I watched a bunch of review and tip videos for the Meraki so I was pretty much ready to rock when I got it. It only took me 4-5 pours before I had my bean of choice dialed in to a perfect 30 second, 36 gram shot. So freaking easy compared to my outdated starter Breville! Coffee tastes so much better from the Meraki and the foam is such an unbelievable upgrade. I had to make 12-14 ounce Lattes with the Breville because the coffee tasted so bitter/burnt and add a lot more chocolate syrup than I want to admit. With the Meraki, I am now a Cortado man! 4.5 ounces of coffee and a LOT less milk and I am so happy. Grinder is great and very little static so I don't have grounds EVERYWHERE now, the machine is exceptionally simple to dial in and use, and it sounds and looks great on top of it all. Worth every freaking penny. THANK YOU Meraki!!!!

Cool coffee machine

This was an upgrade from our well loved breville - And a game changer with the build in scales and dual pump.

Take a min to calibrate for having so many options but a great option for busy mornings as well for the auto functions.

Best Morning Upgrade

My wife bought me this machine for my birthday, replacing our old breville, and it is such an improvement. The workflow and puck prep is great. The dual scales make dialing in the machine so easy. The grinder is quick and works great. The pump is much more silent than the vibratory pump on the Breville. The dual boilers is a nice to have as well, although I don’t find myself often needed to use the steam want and brew at the same time. The steam wand is powerful and makes great milk quick.

Overall this machine has been great, it’s easy and fun to use. It makes the espresso process quicker, so I can still enjoy it on very early mornings when I don’t have much time to get ready.

Inspired Expresso Easily

We searched for 12 months looking for a high quality Expresso machine that provides consistent expresso shots, easy to use and aesthetic to replace our Breville Oracle! The search is over and we are totally satisfied with the Meraki !
The very first day we were blown away at the quality of aromas and flavor released from the same brand coffee beans we had been using !
Love the easy to navigate screen, quality of grinder, scales and accessories (This saves a lot of $ for set up)
No place for cup warming but minor issue compared to the quality Expresso and ease of use ! Thank you Meraki.

Excellent Machine for lattes

I have had my machine for about 3 months now, and really liking it. I do lattes almost exclusively. I love how it heats up quickly, the scales for grinding and brewing take the guesswork out of brewing. The steam power is spectacular, I have it dialed down to mild, and that’s more than enough. There is nothing else on the market anywhere near this price point will all the features it has. I have had absolutely no issues with the Meraki.

Haven’t touched Starbucks since

A coffee machine was something I really wanted to invest in. After having an nespresso for a few years and my coffee just never tasting quite right, I really wanted to get something that would give me consistency while also being simple to use. This machine has showed me how to make great espresso and for my coffee to taste the same every morning. I also used the coffee sense with code black coffee, and my coffee every morning has tasted better than just about any outside coffee shop I’ve ever been to. Especially places like Starbucks and dunkin. This coffee machine has me never looking back. The only thing I would change about this coffee machine is instead of having the coffee leveler, it should have a WDT’s tool.

A machine that can replace your single-dose grinder + espresso machine combo in one shot

We’ve been using the Meraki Gen 2 extensively since launch, and it’s honestly hard to find anything to dislike. The new E63-compatible portafilter is a huge upgrade, making the machine feel far more prosumer-friendly with wider accessory compatibility. The redesigned shower head also delivers noticeably better water distribution and extraction consistency.

What makes the Gen 2 stand out is its workflow — fast, clean, responsive, and surprisingly uncompromised for an all-in-one system. In many ways, it genuinely feels capable of replacing a dedicated single-dose grinder and espresso machine combo while keeping the convenience factor intact.
