Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Processing Period: Orders are typically processed and shipped within「3」business days (Monday–Friday), barring delays due to force majeure.
- Fulfillment Warehouse: Orders are shipped from the nearest regional warehouse (US/EU/CA/AU). Should local inventory be limited, shipments may be arranged from an alternative warehouse to ensure timely delivery.

Split Shipments: Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled from different warehouses. In such cases, items will be shipped separately, each with its own tracking number and delivery schedule.
- Delay Notification: Should your order experience significant delays due to stock shortages, customs clearance, or other uncontrollable factors, Meraki will provide timely updates via email.

Shipping Costs: Free shipping is applied to orders over $200 (excludes ODA locations); otherwise, standard shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging between 「3–7」business days.
- Shipping Destinations: Meraki ships to the following countries, excluding their remote or underserved locations.

Tracking & Delivery Management
- Order Changes: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to「48」hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
- Delivery Instructions: Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery details when placing your order.
Shipping Liability
- Delivery Confirmation & Risk Transfer: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the carrier delivers the package to the designated address. We do not provide refunds or reshipments for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as “delivered.”
- Shipping Insurance: For added security, you may purchase 'Seel Worry-Free Protection' at checkout to cover loss, transit damage, or delays. Please refer to Seel’s terms for details on filing a claim.
- Uncontrollable Delays: Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance are outside our control. If your order experiences significant delays, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Air Order Cancellations: Airfreight orders cancelled after dispatch will be subject to return handling and transportation fees.
