• After Shipment: Return shipping fees apply

Eligibility Conditions

• Manufacturing Defects – Excludes Weighing scale damage during transit due to its sensitive nature.

• DOA item (Damage/Defective on Arrival)

• Shipping Damage – With carrier proof

• Unopened, unactivated and new – Original condition

Purchase Protection Program: For added security, you may purchase 'Seel Worry-Free Protection' at checkout to cover loss, transit damage, or delays - see terms for claim procedures.


Cost Breakdown

1. Free Returns:

• DOA items (full refund or replacement under warranty)

• Exclusions: Weighing scale damage in transit.

2. Flat fees for Non-Defective Returns:

• United States: US$100

• European Union: €90

• Canada: CAD$140

• Australia: AUD$150

• Includes: Return shipping and return handling fee

• All fees reflect actual costs and will be confirmed before processing your return.

3. Refund Deductions:

• Late returns after 7 days or lacking approval.

• Missing or damaged accessories/parts/manuals.

• Damage caused by user error.



3-Step Returns Process

1. Request Authorization (All returns require prior authorization from Customer Support)

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide: Proof of purchase (original receipt/invoice); Photo/Video proof of product

• Receive return approval & instructions

2. Ship Back Items

• Use original packaging (recommended)

• Ship back within 14 days of approval

• Upload your return tracking number after shipping the items back

3. Get Refund

• Refund processed to original payment method within 3-5 business days

• Refund Deductions (if any) will be itemized
