The real problem

Great espresso is possible.
Repeating it is the problem.

Get the grind, dose, temperature, pressure or milk slightly off and the same beans turn sour today, bitter tomorrow. It usually takes a separate grinder, scale, machine and timer — and it's all on you to line up, every single morning.

The fix: one machine that measures every one of those for you — so a cup you love repeats on its own.

The Meraki system

A complete professional
system for home espresso.

Integrated workflow

Grind. Dose. Brew. Steam.

One machine handles every step, and the auto-assist does the measuring for you.
1

Grind

Fresh beans, ground to your dose automatically.

2

Dose

Weighed to the gram — no scale, no scooping.

3

Brew

Auto-stops at your target yield for a balanced shot.

4

Steam

Silky milk that stops at the perfect temperature.

Professional power

Café-grade power.

Café machines cost more because of what's inside. Meraki brings the same real parts home — here's what each one does for your cup.

No waiting for milk drinks

Two separate heat systems — dual boilers — brew your shot and steam milk at once, with no pausing.

The same shot, every time

A commercial rotary pump holds café-steady pressure from first drop to last — and stays quiet.

Silky, café-style milk

A powerful dry steam wand textures milk smooth and glossy — enough to pour latte art.

Measured control

Repeat your best cup.

Meraki weighs your coffee as it grinds and pours, so you never have to guess or eyeball it. Once a shot tastes right, it just repeats. Built-in dual scales — a world's first at home.

One purchase, done right

Skip the guesswork of
buying three machines.

No researching which grinder is good. No scale that never fits. Meraki arrives calibrated as one system.

Questions, answered.

Is it good for beginners? + -

Yes. Commercial-grade hardware with a guided touchscreen and built-in scales — great results from your first morning.

What makes it repeatable? + -

It weighs both your dose and your yield inside the machine — a home first — and auto-stops at target, so a great cup repeats instead of happening by chance.

Do I still need a separate grinder or scale? + -

No. An espresso-tailored grinder and dual built-in scales are part of the machine. Everything you need is in the box.

Can I brew and steam at the same time? + -

Yes. Two independent boilers let you pull a shot and steam milk at once — no waiting, no temperature drop.

How long does it take to heat up? + -

About 3-4 minutes.

What about returns and warranty? + -

A 30-day home trial and a 2-year warranty, with local authorized service. See the return policy for details.

Café-quality espresso, every morning.

One system. Try it risk-free for 30 days.

I love the consistency

I love the precision engineering of the Meraki! I no longer have to guess if I have the right amount of ground coffee, if my brewing time was too long or too short and whether the milk is properly steamed. Every shot is excellent and my latte art is getting better every day thanks to perfect microfoam.

Zero Regrets

Finally pulled the trigger and purchased my Gen 2 a month ago, upgrading from a breville with seperate grinder and having 10+ steps to make my coffee every morning.
The Meraki has completely changed the way I now make my coffees, so much faster and more enjoyable and a steam wand that actually has enough power to make great microfoam!
Without a doubt the best upgrade I’ve made.

Love it!

I’ve been extremely impressed with my Meraki espresso machine. The build quality is excellent, it’s easy to use, and the espresso it produces is consistently café-quality. The built-in grinder, brew-by-weight feature, and powerful steam wand make the entire workflow smooth and enjoyable. It looks fantastic on the counter, heats up quickly, and has made my morning coffee routine something I genuinely look forward to.

One thing to be aware of: I haven’t had to descale the machine yet, but after watching the YouTube instructions, the process looks a bit more involved than I expected. I’d recommend watching the descaling video before purchasing so you know what to expect.

Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium home espresso machine. I’ve used it for about two months and have no complaints.

Great espresso even for a beginner!

We have been Nespresso users for 12 years having never made our own espresso shots. Thought we try this machine and have learned in a fairly short time how to get shots we like. Even if you are a beginner, this machine is a great choice.

Functionality meets style in a perfect marriage

The Meraki espresso machine has become an essential part of my everyday coffee routine. Its modern, minimalist design looks fantastic on my countertop and gives the kitchen a premium feel. The controls are intuitive, making it easy to pull consistent shots without feeling overwhelmed by complicated settings. It heats up quickly, which is perfect for busy mornings when I don’t want to wait for great coffee. The espresso it produces is rich, balanced, and has consistently impressive crema. I also appreciate the overall build quality, which feels solid and thoughtfully engineered. After using it daily, I can confidently say it strikes an excellent balance between style, ease of use, and performance. If you’re looking for a machine that’s beautiful, user friendly, and capable of making italian bistro quality espresso at home, the Meraki is an outstanding choice.

A great machine I hope will only get better

While I wish there were a few more smart features, like saving profiles, tracking pulls, and suggesting adjustments to dial in, the Meraki 2 is a beautiful machine that works very well and helps me pull consistent shots and dial in great flavors. I really hope those additional smart features arrive in a future update.

Consistent and Reliable

I make 5-10 cups of coffee a day and my machines were lasting me around a year. This machine feels far more solid. The dual boiler saves me so much time, and shots are always consistent.

Meraki Gives me Something to Wake up for

I wanted a reliable espresso machine that was automated and had sufficient power for stability of espresso shot. Meraki has lived up to that standard and more. The accuracy, timing, and shot quality is a standard that I want to wake up for. I look forward to my Meraki ritual each morning and know it will provide me with a quality shot every time.

Must buy

This thing is great and so easy to use. After about 4-5 pulls. I had the machine all dialed in. The only bad part is I have to wake up on my days off now. To make my wife a coffee.

Huge upgrade from Breville

Making latte is easy with this dual boiler machine. The grinder is exceptional and the frother is the best that I’ve used. You can’t go wrong with the price of this machine.

Outstanding!

Where do I even start? Coming from a Delonghi and even a profitec pro 700? This machine beats them both. A dual boiler system that’s smart and aesthetically pleasing, and functional is a triple threat. The easiest adjustment for a first time brewing and bean grinding as well as pulling shots while steaming perfect latte art foam is amazing!

Loving My Meraki So Far

I had a Breville Oracle Dual Boiler and found that because the grinder sits so close to the boilers, the grind was very inconsistent. My Meraki is a lot more consistent in the grind. This alone has removed one of the biggest headaches I had making coffee
I think they could improve the software display. For example, you can display the coffee extraction time and weight as well as the milk temperature. The workflow is a bit clunky.
But that shouldn't stop anyone from buying this machine. For the price it is brilliant

Shocking!

I bought a Meraki to use for small pop ups for my local roasting business, and man it does it deliver! I served 27 10oz lattes/americanos and didn’t even need to refill the water reservoir. And the duel boiler actually does it what’s advertised to do. I’ve used other home machines that claim they have a duel boiler, but they have never seemed to hold up. Amazing machine for the price! Definitely keeping it for my at home and coffee pop ups!

Great espresso, excellent steam performance, and a user-friendly experience.

After using several espresso machines, I can confidently say the Meraki Coffee Machine has been my favorite so far.

I previously owned a De’Longhi, and while it made decent coffee, the steam wand felt slow and took longer than I liked when steaming milk. I also tried the La Specialista Prestigio, but I struggled to consistently dial in the pressure and get the results I wanted.

The Meraki has been a completely different experience. It’s intuitive, easy to use, and produces consistently great espresso shots without all the guesswork. The steam performance is noticeably better, making it easier to create silky milk for lattes and cappuccinos. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who enjoys making café-quality drinks at home, the Meraki strikes a great balance between simplicity and performance.

What I love most is that I spend less time troubleshooting and more time enjoying my coffee. The machine looks beautiful on the counter, feels premium, and has made my daily coffee routine something I genuinely look forward to.

If you’re considering an upgrade from a De’Longhi or struggling to dial in a La Specialista Prestigio, the Meraki is absolutely worth a look. It has made making espresso fun again.

1 week in, I am IN LOVE with this thing.

I have had my eye on this since the kick-starter. I couldn't really justify it as my starter Breville Infusor was still decent. As time went on I was outgrowing the Breville. Steam was pretty terrible (lots of water), getting it to pull perfect shots was becoming annoying (Tamp pressure vs a different in .1 grams of extra or less coffee was a total guessing game), and in general was just ready for the next step. There was really no other upgrade that I wanted in this price range. I looked at the new Fellow ES1, but compared with the Meraki in almost every way I didn't like it as much. I also don't like the way it looks aesthetically.

I watched a bunch of review and tip videos for the Meraki so I was pretty much ready to rock when I got it. It only took me 4-5 pours before I had my bean of choice dialed in to a perfect 30 second, 36 gram shot. So freaking easy compared to my outdated starter Breville! Coffee tastes so much better from the Meraki and the foam is such an unbelievable upgrade. I had to make 12-14 ounce Lattes with the Breville because the coffee tasted so bitter/burnt and add a lot more chocolate syrup than I want to admit. With the Meraki, I am now a Cortado man! 4.5 ounces of coffee and a LOT less milk and I am so happy. Grinder is great and very little static so I don't have grounds EVERYWHERE now, the machine is exceptionally simple to dial in and use, and it sounds and looks great on top of it all. Worth every freaking penny. THANK YOU Meraki!!!!

Cool coffee machine

This was an upgrade from our well loved breville - And a game changer with the build in scales and dual pump.

Take a min to calibrate for having so many options but a great option for busy mornings as well for the auto functions.
