Warranty Period & Coverage

1. Duration: 2-year limited warranty from the date of receipt.
2. Service Region: Valid only in original purchase country.
3. What's Covered:
• Manufacturing defects
• Non-customer induced damages
4. Not Covered:
• Consumables (e.g., coffee beans, barista towels)
• Wear & scratches do not affect performance
• Damage from unauthorized modifications
• Damage from accidents/misuse
• Transit damage without proof
• Invalid or missing proof of purchase
• Tampered product labels or serial numbers.
5. Purchase Protection Program: For added security, you may purchase 'Seel Worry-Free Protection' at checkout to cover loss, transit damage, or delays - see terms for claim procedures.

Replacement Service

1. Key Timelines
• Replacement Window: Request within 30 days of receipt.
• Return Processing: Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days.
• Upload your return tracking number after shipping the items back.
• The warranty period for replacement products is calculated from the original order's delivery date.
2. Eligibility Conditions
• Incorrect product received.
• Critical failures or manufacturing defects.
• Substantial transit damage – with carrier proof.
3. Non-replaceable Conditions
• Requests beyond 30 days of receipt.
• Damage caused by user error.
• No defects found after testing.
• Invalid or missing proof of purchase.
• Missing/damaged original accessories or packaging.
• Weighing scale damage during transit due to its sensitive nature.
• Lack of carrier damage proof (reported within 7 days of delivery).
• Damage from force majeure.
4. Shipping
• Original packaging required.
• Damage/Defective items: We cover return shipping of replacement during warranty period.


How to Claim
