FIND YOUR FLAVOR

Choose a Di Pacci Blend by Flavor

For a lighter roast, the choice is between two different profiles: By The Bay is bright, with floral citrus notes and berry-like acidity, while Sydney Road pairs a light roast with caramel and chocolate notes.

If you prefer a medium roast, Elements brings floral aroma and a sweet caramel finish. Afterdark is the dark-roast option, with a fuller body, caramel sweetness, and a subtle hint of red berries.

MATCH YOUR BREW

Match the Blend to How You Brew

Di Pacci lists By The Bay for espresso and filter brewing, and Elements for espresso, filter, and milk drinks. Sydney Road and Afterdark are listed for espresso and milk drinks. All four product pages offer a Whole Beans option, so check the available bag sizes on the blend you choose.

If you regularly make both straight espresso and milk drinks, our guide to beans for both drink styles offers more context. For coffees from other roasters, browse the Coffee Beans collection.
